Kelly McTernan Lavoie

“a unique combination of theoretical and hands-on knowledge…”

Project management and the evaluation of real estate needs are Claire Lavoie’s stock and trade. An architect and facility manager with a focus on interior architecture, she has the depth of experience to accurately forecast both the immediate and down-stream ramifications of virtually any space. Her career spans more than two decades and includes posts as a senior associate at Rice Brydone Ltd., vice president of The Gordian Group and now a principal of Kelly McTernan Lavoie. She served as regional vice president of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and is currently an active member of TCREW.

Claire brings a unique combination of theoretical and hands-on knowledge to every project and is particularly adept at handling complex space programming, electrical, mechanical and technology components, as well as furniture programs and asset relocation.

Particular skills include cost control, scheduling and supervision of the complete build-out process. Fluently bilingual, she works closely with clients, providing regular progress reports and maintaining the flow of information.
